# Cảnh báo chất lượng

Sau khi đánh giá chất lượng của sản phẩm, đối với những sản phẩm hỏng người dùng có thể tạo cảnh báo về chất lượng cho sản phẩm đó bằng cách:

* **B1**: Bạn có thể tạo mới 1 cảnh báo chất lượng ngay sau khi đánh giá chất lượng của sản phẩm xong. Trên form **Điểm kiểm soát chất lượng**, người dùng kích vào **Tạo cảnh báo**

* **B2**: Hệ thống hiển thị 1 cảnh báo chất lượng với thông tin được tham chiếu từ điểm kiểm soát chất lượng ban đầu. Tại đây người dùng có thể chọn:
  * Nguyên nhân gây ra cảnh báo chất lượng cho sản phẩm này
  * Miêu tả lỗi và các biện pháp khắc phục cũng như phòng ngừa
  * Các thông tin khác nếu có

* **B3**: Kích **Lưu** để lưu lại cảnh báo chất lượng vừa tạo
* **B4**: Để xem lại danh sách cảnh báo truy cập **Kiểm soát chất lượng >> Cảnh báo chất lượng**
