# Quản lý khiếu nại

Các bước tiến hành quản lý khiếu nại trong quá trình sản xuất trên phần mềm:

* **B1**: Để xem danh sách các khiếu nại, kích vào **Quản lý khiếu nại**

* **B2:** Kích vào **MỚI**
