# Kiểm kho sản phẩm

Mục đích: Hỗ trợ người dùng thực hiện kiểm kê và quản lý tồn hàng hóa trong một kho hoặc nhiều kho; tự động ghi nhận và xử lý chênh lệch kiểm kê theo các thiết lập ban đầu.

Để thực hiện kiểm kho truy cập vào **Hoạt động >> Kiểm kho sản phẩm>> Tạo mới**

Hệ thống cho phép nhập danh sách sản phẩm cần kiểm kê thủ công bằng 2 cách:

* Thêm dòng và nhập thủ công
* Import từ file excel: Người dùng có thể kích nút Tải tệp tin mẫu để tải về PC file mẫu danh mục sản phẩm, sau đó chỉnh sửa, chọn và tải lên danh sách sản phẩm cần kiểm kê.

Sau khi nhập thông tin thì kích nút **XÁC NHẬN KIỂM KHO** để hoàn thành và ghi sổ đợt kiểm kê. Hệ thống chuyển trạng thái đợt kiểm kê sang **Hoàn thành.**

Sau khi đợt kiểm kê được hoàn thành, hệ thống sẽ căn cứ vào số lượng chênh lệch để tạo ra và ghi nhận các phiếu điều chuyển tương ứng để cân kho giữa hệ thống và thực tế. Để xem thông tin phiếu click vào Điều chuyển:
