# Quản lý danh mục sản phẩm

Mục đích: Hỗ trợ người dùng quản lý và thiết lập các thông tin nhóm hàng hóa và hàng hóa hay các biến thể sản phẩm, phân loại hàng hóa theo đặc tính, quản lý hàng hóa theo lô/lot/serial hay hạn sử dụng, kiểm soát số lượng tồn kho thực tế và dự báo của sản phẩm trong các kho hàng.

Để quản lý và tạo các nhóm hàng hóa, người dùng thực hiện các thao tác:

B1: Truy cập đường dẫn **Cấu hình >> Sản phẩm >> Danh mục Nhóm sản phẩm** để mở danh sách các nhóm sản phẩm đang được quản lý trên hệ thống.

**B2:** Kích vào một bản ghi để xem thông tin của một nhóm sản phẩm.

**B3:** Kích nút MỚI để mở màn hình tạo mới nhóm sản phẩm:

**B4:** Người dùng nhập các thông tin:

* Tên nhóm sản phẩm.
* Chọn danh mục cha (nếu có).
* Cấu hình thông tin định giá tồn kho, trong đó:
  * Chọn Phương pháp tính giá vốn: giá tiêu chuẩn hoặc nhập trước xuất trước hoặc giá trung bình.
  * Chọn hình thức định giá tồn kho: thủ công hoặc tự động.
* Cấu hình thông tin kho vận: Cách thức xuất nhập hàng hóa: chọn một trong FIFO hoặc LIFO hoặc Vị trí gần nhất

**B5:** Kích nút **LƯU** để lưu lại thông tin nhóm sản phẩm vừa tạo.
